ERDAS at DCGS 2008 Worldwide Conference

Norcross, GA –ERDAS, Inc. announces its participation in the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System (DCGS) 2008 Worldwide Conference in Denver, Colorado, April 29 - May 1, 2008 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel.

Exhibiting in booth #123, ERDAS is showcasing a broad array of enterprise solutions implementing Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs), including the recently announced ERDAS Image Manager, a solution for efficiently storing and quickly sharing imagery throughout the enterprise. ERDAS Image Manager solves business problems associated with securely discovering, describing, cataloging and serving imagery to a variety of web and rich client applications throughout an organization. In addition, ERDAS is also highlighting Image Compressor, a flexible, high-speed geospatial image data compression application and Image Web Server (IWS), a specialized server application that quickly and efficiently distributes large volumes of geospatial image data to thousands of concurrent users.

ERDAS is also featuring ERDAS IMAGINE 9.2 and LPS 9.2, the industry’s leading and most complete collection of software tools designed to manipulate, process and understand imagery and streamline numerous photogrammetry processes.
